four + six

this was a personal art project, created for a charity art show raising funds for clean water in panama. initially a crayon drawing, the artwork was tweaked digitally and finished as a two colour hand screen-printed limited edition work. as a quirky kid in art class, i randomly assigned numbers for each colour on the colour wheel — red was the number 4 and blue was linked to the number six. this wasn't a classroom teaching, it just seemed like a good idea to an 8 year old boy. so thus the simple yet abstract title, "four+six".
